Some of these are Mustard, Sesame, Barseem clover, Litchi, Berry or Sidr, Karanj or Indian Pongamia , Kashmir Acacia, Eucalyptus, Jamun or Indian Black Plum, Ajwain or Carom, Neem, Coriander, Tulsi, Saunf or Fennel, Sunflower, Shesham or Indian Rosewood. The colour, taste and aroma of each of these sources of honey is unique.
